Born in Southern Missouri, raised in Southern California, lived my adult life in Southern Missouri, Southern Illinois, Texas, and Alabama, I am a Southerner through and through. I raised my children in the country. We worked hard, and we played hard. My children are now raising their children - and they're quite good at it!

I did live in Texas, but I got this headstone photo online. I don't exactly recall where, but I did a Google search and located it.
